The Capitol Vial Split Specimen Collection Kit complies with SAMHSA and Department of Transportation guidelines for urine drug testing programs and other applications where a second sample is required.

Easy-to-use—simply peel away the foil top lid, remove the components and provide donor with the collection cup
After sample collection, 30mL of urine is poured into the first transport vial and 15mL into the second vial, close the hinged lid until it snaps
Place vial in front pocket of specimen bag and completed requisition in the rear pocket
Remove the blue release liner on the bag and fold flap over the pockets to seal
